FireLab Pyrénées™ is an Independent Investigation firm born of more than 15 years of field assignments. Four complementary activities serving a single objective — the technical truth: "Post-Fire" Investigation, Prevention, Mediation and Training.
Every investigation is based on reading the Combustion Traces and Fire Effects - TCEF — objective indicators documented at the fire scene. Our conclusions rely exclusively on established facts, following the methodology of the "NFPA 921" Guide.
Complex cases call for cross-disciplinary skills. FireLab Pyrénées™ assembles a dedicated team for each assignment, drawing on a network of complementary experts: Electricity, Motor Vehicles, Construction Economics, Fire Risk Prevention.
The firm operates within every engagement framework: Judicial Expertise (Toulouse Court of Appeal (31) and Bordeaux Administrative Court of Appeal (33)), Policyholder’s Expert, Technical Sapiteur for expertise firms, insurance companies and mutual insurers.

A field investigator for more than 15 years, Stéphane WEIBEL founded FireLab Pyrénées™ with one conviction: the cause of a fire is either demonstrated or it remains undetermined. No shortcuts, no assumptions. Every case is handled with the same rigour, whether entrusted by an investigating judge, an insurer or a private individual.
